Technical Principle

The working mode of the jaw crusher manufactured by HongCheng belongs to curved extrusion type. The motor drives the belt and pulley, and the movable jaw moves up and down through the eccentric shaft, when the moving jaw rises, the angle between the toggle plate and the moving jaw increases, so as to push the moving jaw plate to the fixed jaw plate, meanwhile, the materials are crushed or split. When the moving jaw goes down, the angle between the toggle plate and the moving jaw decreases, the moving jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and the spring. At this time, the crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the crushing jaw makes periodic movement to crush and discharge materials for mass production.
