The steel slag tail slag is ground into steel slag powder, and the median particle size of steel slag powder is generally 12~15 μ m. Less than 30 μ M is generally about 80%. 1. The production cost is high, and the civil engineering cost is high. Steel slag primary grinding system: the pre grinding closed circuit extrusion process system is composed of a roller press, a V-shaped powder concentrator and a dust collector. The materials are gradually refined and pulverized after multiple extrusion, sorting, iron removal and drying. The fine materials are collected by the dust collector and enter the steel slag final grinding system. The production capacity of the primary grinding system is 32 t/h, and the specific surface area of steel slag fine powder (semi-finished product) is about 260 m2/kg; Steel slag final grinding system: a closed process system for final grinding is composed of a ball mill, a high-efficiency powder concentrator and a dust collector. After several times of ball milling, sorting and further pulverization, the semi-finished powder is finally ground to the finished steel slag fine powder product, which is collected by the dust collector and enters the finished product bin. The production capacity of the final grinding system is 32 th, and the specific surface area of the product (steel slag powder) is ≥ 450 m2kg.
2. Ultra fine grinding of steel slag by horizontal roller mill: the principle of horizontal roller mill grinding process is between roller press and ball mill, and it is characterized by a revolving cylinder embedded with lining plate, in which the pressure and grinding pressure generated by round roller and cylinder are used to grind materials. The process equipment has low energy consumption, small wear, grinding fineness of 470-500 m2/kg, and power consumption of main machine of 31 kW. h/t. However, the initial investment is large, the domestic equipment technology is not mature, and the equipment needs to be imported from abroad.
3. steel slag vertical roller mill for steel slag micro powder: the production process of vertical roller mill integrates crushing, grinding, drying and powder selection, which is characterized by low power consumption, good sealing performance, small floor area, simple process, etc The required fineness and particle size distribution can be obtained by adjusting the rotating speed of the powder concentrator, the air flow rate of the mill fan and the grinding pressure. The grinding fineness of finished products can be controlled at 300~600 m2/kg.
