Ultrafine powder overview

For non-metal mineral processing, it is generally considered that powder with a particle size of less than 10 μm belongs to ultrafine powder. Ultrafine powders are generally divided into the following three types according to the uses and preparation methods:

1.Micro powder: the particle size is 3~20um

2.Superfine powder: the particle size is 0.2~ 3um

3.Ultrafine powder: the particle size is below 0.2um to nanometer level

Good light absorption
Low melting point
Low sintering temperature
Good thermal conductivity
High strength of sintered body

Ultrafine powder making machine
The two main popular methods for making ultrafine powder are chemical synthesis and mechanical grinding, currently, mechanical grinding method is popularly used as it is suitable for large-scale industrial production. Advantages: high throughput rate, low cost, simple process, etc.

Capacity: 4-40t/h
Fineness: 325-2500 mesh

2. HCH Ultrafine Grinding Mill
Max feeding size: ≤10mm
Capacity: 0.7-22t/h
Fineness: 0.04-0.005mm
